Troop 65 was originally chartered in 1926 and was the first organized troop in Hershey, PA. Troop 65 provides a year-round adventure-based program designed to build strong character, citizenship, and fitness training for scouts age 11-17. The troop organizes fun activities every year like whitewater rafting, hiking, skiing, camping, biking, Klondike Derby, and district camporees with other troops. We are also involved in a number of service projects – Adopt-a-Highway, Cocoa Packs, Field & Stream Club spring cleanup, and an array of Eagle Scout projects to help the community. We take big trips to places like Florida High Adventure Sea Base, and Philmont Scout Ranch for hiking every few years. We are a mid-sized troop of about 45 scouts.

Every Monday at 7:00 pm at the Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, in Hershey, PA. The troop is part of the New Birth of Freedom Council.
